  • The product must be accompanied by a proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt.

Return Process

2.1 To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team via Support@ainochibrush.net within 30 days of your purchase to notify us of your intent to return the product.
  • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA).
  • Carefully package the product in its original packaging to ensure its protection during transit.
  • Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that the shipping costs for the return will be the responsibility of the customer(as specified).
  • Considering the risk and cost of returns for customers who like our makeup brushes, we will bear part of the return shipping costs as appropriate, and you can contact the after-sales service support team for details.

2.2 We recommend obtaining insurance for the returned item to protect against loss or damage during transit. We are not responsible for any products that are lost or damaged in return shipping.

Inspection and Refund

3.1 Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned in section 1.

3.2 If the returned product meets the eligibility criteria, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 24-48 business hours for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

3.3 Please note that the original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
